The Phoenix is a combination of a tilt and reclining. Different from most other chairs, which are only tilt in place and patient stays at a 90 degree angle.
Phoenix tilts and reclines up to semi supine 130 degrees. Like a more dignified bath trolley.
Engineered to avoid the use of gas and springs as the patient‘s weight compensates for this. Better access to the patient for washing when reclined. Patient friendly transfer from the horizontal to the horizontal.
