Doomed to spending three months on crutches, it was inevitable that my crutch tips would have to be replaced sooner or later. The first replacement set came from my local chemist. They were a total joke–way too small and soft, and lasted about two weeks. Don’t waste your money on anything else. These things are the real deal, and the price is right.

The crutch tips that come with your crutches and the ones available at your local chemist don’t hold up at all under hard daily use.
Our son broke his leg and had to be on crutches for 5 weeks. We were replacing non brand tips almost every other day. I ordered two sets of these and the first set lasted three weeks. They’re still on the crutches for the next time they’re needed.

ALWAYS THE FIRST THING TO GO ARE THE TIPS. So replacing the tips makes the crutches safe again. I have several pairs of crutches for various settings and it could get expensive replacing crutches, this one and then that one. This is my way of bringing them “back to life!” JUST LIKE A ZOMBIE
