Free-standing toilet seat raiser with large base area for firm, stable support. Sturdy arm-rests enhance user security and safety. Aluminium legs can be adjusted individually to give secure contact in uneven floor conditions, and the large soft ferrules on the feet ensure an excellent grip on any surface.

Smooth polypropylene surface is easy to clean and the optional back and arm rests are simple to attach. Legs can be quickly detached for effective cleaning and ease of transport, and they have a built in locking system for extra safety. Setting the seat with a slight forward tilt can assist rising and relieve hip joints. Lightweight for ease of movement.

    There are lots of commodes with narrow, flimsy seats out there, but this is not one of them. This is a sturdy full-sized seat made of hard plastic that easily supports the weight of a large adult.

    This is a very sturdy commode. If you are a heavy set person this is perfect. The seat is wide, you actually feel like you are sitting on a chair instead of a commode. No hanging over body parts. You can also adjust it to your height which makes it even more comfortable. It was also very easy to put together.

    The only thing keeping me from giving the bedside commode five stars is that, even at it’s lowest setting, it is too tall for my 4′ 9″ aunt. Her feet are a bit off the floor when she is sitting on it. Given that the target consumer for this product is the elderly, you would think they would design it to accommodate smaller people. However, because the quality of the product is so high, we kept it.
