    I wasn’t sure my husband and I would enjoy these pillows because of how awkward they are shaped. We have both been having some neck pain and I figured we should try something different. He stands most of the day and I’m hunched over a desk for a good portion of the day. I have to say these last few nights of sleeping have been more restful than I can remember. I love the versatility of the ways I can sleep and when used properly I can say it honestly minimizes the snoring! I also feel like the pillow is helping to realign my spine and neck because I don’t feel that sharp pain like I did initially. They say it can take up to 2 weeks for your body to get used to it but we are both already seeing some improvement in less than a week. I would definitely recommend.

    I’m trying to train myself to back sleep to address alignment issues in my neck and hips. So far it’s not working… But the way the sides of this pillow are designed and the firmness of it allow for really comfortable side sleeping. I don’t wake up with my shoulders scrunched up around my ears and there’s less pain in my neck/shoulders. Will definitely continue to use.

    I’ve tried so many ortho pillows and wasn’t really sure this one was going to be any better than the other flops I’ve tried before BUT it is. I am sleeping better and waking up with much less back pain. I am very happy with this pillow.

    I’ve had this pillow for about two weeks now and it has lots of positives, very few negatives.

    Positives:
    – First pillow I’ve ever been able to comfortably sleep on my back with. This pillow has enough support on each side so my head stays stable. Previously my head would roll to one side or another and I’d wake up with a kink in my neck. No longer a problem.
    – Plenty of support! This pillow needed a flat pillow underneath it to bring it to a comfortable height, but since adding the additional pillow it has been perfect.
    – Definitely more affordable than other cervical pillows I have purchased.

    Negative:
    -the “wings” on each side can make side sleeping awkward until you find the right position for your face

    All in all, I’d definitely get a pillow like this again.
