    This is very comfortable and great for side sleepers. It can be placed either directly between the knees on them, or you can put a little higher on the thighs just above your knees or between your calves close to your knees. I find that any of these positions help a lot and I’m not waking up with bruises on my knees where they touch without the pillow and my knee is not so stiff any more. I wish I had found this along time ago.

    Good leg pillow! I have sciatica and this is the only thing that’s helped with discomfort and pain. Soft, yet firm. I haven’t washed it yet, but the lining is easy to remove and toss in the machine.

    I suffer from lower back sciatica pains every time I pick up anything heavy. I decided to try this leg pillow to see if it would help relieve the pain while I sleep, and am I glad I did. I usually sleep on my side, so this pillow was easy for me to use. Because it contours to my legs, it is actually pretty comfortable. I no longer feel sciatica pain on my lower back during the night and it actually helped speed up the healing process for me.

    I bought this pillow for my wife because she’s been having back pains and joint pains and prefers to sleep on her side. She also likes the string that keeps the pillow on her leg so it doesn’t slip off.

    Overall we’ve both had better sleep because she’s snoring less and feeling less weight on her back.
