    I liked the size, small enough to put in my carry on and it has a strap to attach as well. I can easily place it wherever my back is hurting and it instantly relieves most of the pain. Great for a long plane ride.

    This is great for my office chair. It was desperately needed to help with lower back pain from lumbar disc bulge. Sitting is a challenge and this gives you the right support and keeps you in the proper position for sitting.

    This has really been a life saver for me lately. I have lower back issues and needed a pillow for the chair when I am sitting up using my laptop in front of me. It sits in just the right place in your back to support it. I was worried it would be to firm for my liking but is just the right pressure you need. They do say it feels weird when you first try it and it does but after that it feels comfortable.
