Great robust totally silent. Very little to break or go wrong. Totally silent. No noise from either the machine or down the hose into mask. Powerful motor so it feels totally smooth even with rapid inhale.
Whilst brands that have previously taken the lead such as Resmed have a ton of reporting features, the latest series in that brand suffers a ton of problems from weak motor that burns out, to seals that come loose with a single cough and they make a lot of noise. Whistles (noises with a pitch). This machine has none of these faults and trust me I tried 2 units just so I could break them. It is robust and silent. Parts are about the same price between all the brands. The footprint of the device is small – about the same as the Resmed and much smaller than Phillips. Pricewise the unit is more comparative than the other top brands.

Excellent quality CPAP Machine. Have been using it for 6 weeks now. It is the best cpap machine I have used. It is easy to use and is a compact size so doesn’t take up to much room on a bedside table. The humidifier compartment inside the machine and is easy to take out to clean. There is a small filter that is easy to remove and replace. It has a SD card for data storage as well as the machine itself can store data. Its a good machine.

Great machine. I did lengthy trials of both the Resmed and F&P units. This DJMed unit was much better tolerated. I didn’t wake up in the night the way I did with the Resmed. Maybe its because it seems more quite then the others. I suspect this is due to the automatic ramping function. Have used it nightly for six months without issue.

Best auto machine on the market. I had a Phillips dream station but this machine is by far, better. I highly recommend this one for sleep style as it is more efficient and very quiet when running. I rate it 9/10

My husband snores really badly but since using this it’s stopped. It did take him a a while to get used to sleeping with it on but now he sleeps well. We did however change the nose mask for a full face mask as the air kept blowing out his mouth. Overall it’s been a really good purchase.
