    I didn’t want a hard raised toilet seat but knew I needed something. I am short with a bony back side. I also wanted to be able to use my toilet seat attached bidet. This cushion gave me enough lift so that I still maintained control mechanically (and not feel like I was going to fall into the toilet) and comfort and still use my bidet.

    I love this cushion! I have had problems with my tail bone hitting the toilet seat since I have had a huge weight loss happen and I don’t have any natural padding back there. My old seat cushion actually had indents from my tail bone on it after I sat on it and I would get pain from sitting on it and dreaded having to use the toilet because of that. This cushion has totally changed all that and I can easily and comfortably sit on the toilet without getting pain from my tail bone hitting the seat. This is a godsend and it is very easy to attach to your toilet seat. The price is very worth it also and I’m glad I tried it.

    Was told ahead of hip replacement surgery about need for toilet riser and safety rails. Our toilet is newer/taller, so the surgery nurse said safety rails should be sufficient which we did buy. But I did not see any warning from my surgeon’s office or the many online hip replacement websites/videos that sitting on the toilet seat could be extremely painful! My bandaged incision was directly on the toilet seat and since there is a hole in the middle, more of my body weight was pressing directly on my incision making it very painful to sit for what is already a difficult task to perform given pain med constipation and mobility limitations.

    This device made a dramatic difference! The extra height was nice too, but the cushioning was what makes this a must have for hip surgery in my opinion, combined with safety rails. My only regret was not getting this ahead of my surgery.

    I searched high and low for a toilet seat booster for my mom. I bought this one thinking it would be temporary, until I could find something that fit her small-sized oblong toilet seat.     My mother has been in bed for months but still using the portable toilet because she is on bed rest there are horrible bed sores. She still gets on the porta potty for bowel movements and that seat was causing huge sores and very bad bleeding. She is on blood thinners which can be a dangerous situation for her. Since buying this the sores are cut in half and she is in a lot less pain when using the toilet. I really like that it’s helped my mom be more comfortable
