    It’s sturdy and simple to assemble. Water is allowed to drain out of the legs if it gets in there. Easy to clean. From an engineering standpoint, it’s a well-thought-out and executed design.

    I recently broke an ankle and could not stand in the shower. I already have a built in bench in my shower but it was way too slippery so I bought this one. It is so sturdy and does not slip. I can sit on it to shower no problem. So far I have not noticed any weathering such as rust. I’m please with this purchase. I thought about buying a teak stool instead but I’m glad I went with this one. If you have a disability and need something to sit on for a shower, this is a good buy.

    This has been such a huge help for me in the shower. I had surgery on my foot and before I bought this product I was literally standing on one foot while I showered. It was exhausting. This has been a life saver. I can enjoy my showers again instead of feeling like I just worked out.

    Due to health issues, I need support, stability, and sometimes a moment to rest in the shower. This stool is adequate for that. The feet don’t move as long as I keep it away from the sloped rear of my tub. It shows no signs of flexing when I sit in the middle of the seat. If I put much weight on either side, I can tell the seat is flexing a little bit. But the legs are rock solid. Thankfully, the seat is also a little light. So, I have no difficulty moving it.

    I was very surprised that there was no need for extra tools when putting this together. Figuring out my stability after knee surgery, I appreciated that this stool had adjustable settings depending on how high or low I wanted to sit in the shower. The one improvement I could see if the seat could swivel so that you could enter the tub sideways and then turn to face the shower head.

    It is very well balanced, so that sometimes when I need only to lift myself up by one side… I can easily do that by just putting my hand on the side of the chair. I have it within reach at all times.

    The chair is very strong and sturdy, great quality… and was very easy for this old girl to assemble. I mean, you do have to lay out all of the bits and pieces to start… but the directions are very explicit and easy to follow.

    This is one of those things I would grab on my way out of my apartment, if there was a fire. I absolutely love it! AND, am very, very grateful to have it.

    A few months ago, my wife experienced a double compound fracture in her ankle. She didn’t feel comfortable using one of those kneeling devices as they seemed unsafe. We decided to explore alternative methods for her mobility, and we found a cart-like device that she can sit on and move around with. However, we still needed a solution for showering. That’s when we discovered a specific stool that fits perfectly in our shower. It has been incredibly useful, and I even enjoy using it myself, despite not needing it. I can now sit and relax in the shower comfortably. We have no complaints about it; it has been fantastic.
