    With Compressed nerves causing leg weakness, this is a great little exerciser while I await Surgery. Get it quite close, it’s extremely stable. Can alter the tension if required. It’s perfect for me or anyone who has walking difficulties

    Reasonably stylish. Easy to assemble. Very quiet to use. I have rheumatoid arthritis particularly in my knees and shoulders, and it very much helps, along with being able to “exercise” at home whenever I want.

    Really useful item as I suffer with emphysema ( lung problem ) and this allows me to exercise at my own level. Very easy to assemble and move about.

    The low load of the device is ideal – knee surgery therapy needs easy mobility more than load.

    I sit it on a thick carpet – after removing the rubber feet. It sinks into the carpet and stays put.

    I sit in a seat and move it closer or further away depending on the angle of knee movement I want – crucial for knee therapy flexibility. A traditional cycle machine would not allow this.

    It works surprisingly well for a low cost machine. With very robust steel pedal shaft and pedal fitting.

    I bought this as I really want to get in shape and there isn’t a lot of room in my house having something small so you can pop to one side was suitable. Really easy to put together you just popped the bottoms on by putting the bolts and washers on them it comes with the bolts and the tool to do them up with it has a digital display so you know how much you’re doing and keeps track you can do your legs or your arms with it so very handy it’s a good little workout does make you have a sweat. I wasn’t sure how stable it was going to be but it actually is it doesn’t move when using it. Really happy with it
